Staff were experienced. The breakfast choices were warm and comprehensive with fresh fruit and an amazing view, as for instance.

The rooms were very well designed and spacious, with plenty of room to manage suitcases. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, quickly addressing any issues I had with card keys, the AC, and the TV. The room was clean and comfortable once the AC was fixed, and it was also very quiet. The hotel's location, while a bit away from downtown, was perfect for me as it meant less traffic. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond by providing an Uber ride to the airport when the shuttle wasn't working, which was greatly appreciated.
Can't fault anything about it.

Place was great and pretty, enjoyed the stay.
I stayed in the room that was recently been refurbished to a very high standard-very comfortable bed and available with a view. Very approachable and informative personnel in a light non confrontational manner, paid attention to every detail.

I loved being just a 15-minute walk from the fine North Queensferry Harbour Light Tower and the excellent Queensferry Crossing. Both provided amazing views.

not enough staff on reception to book everyone in on arrival, had to wait 30 mins and some people at least an hour!

Serene Stay with Fine Views
We enjoyed two peaceful nights in a beautifully decorated king room. The on-site restaurant offered amazing views over the bay, although the coffee could use improvement. Don't miss taking the bus from downtown-it's a short walk to the hotel and quite convenient for exploration!

Very nice room, spacious, comfortable, very attentive staff. We had roomservice twice and the food was good.
Window in the room could not open. Balcony door was also closed because of Health and Safety reasons. The door was only opened and closed on request by a staff member. This was not very practical.

stayed here for a wedding so convienent
the breakfast! paid £8 each for continental breakfast. menu quoted "croissants, pain au chocolat, pastries" there were none. only eat toast and very small bowl cereal and had tea and a juice. when waiter asked re food he said there were none. All our family had booked in for breakfast so they knew we were coming so they should have had full menu available - no excuses. When mentioned to receptionist - was told she would "inform the manager" of my complaint. They should go to the Holiday Inn and see a proper continental breakfast - this was what we were all expecting.

Excellent location, The reception staff attitude leaves a lot to be desired, however all other members of staff, (Porters, night staff, Bar Staff) showed excellent customer service and a willingness to help.
Reception staff attitude.
